An Inside View
I usually ask rhetorical questions in this blog - not letting too many of the details of my life be open to the public (not that I imagine too many people read this,) but I suppose that this entry will be a different as I have much to let out. So in a few days I return to Israel. I left at the beginning of August and now it is almost November. So much has happened to me within those months - for those details you will have to inquire. I left Israel perhaps a bit naive and in my own la-la land, but now I return with my feet firmly planted on the ground and my head held very high. These few months at home have been an opportunity for me to learn about myself. I have really remembered who I am, where I come from, and what my dreams are. I think that being so far away from home, I have been so caught up in fitting in and proving something, that I missed the whole point of going abroad to learn.
